Vodafone = Matón - Vodafone is bullying their potential customers. Are Spaniards rude - or just ill-mannered?

So, I signed up for Vodafone to hook up DSL service in my home, as well as for them to provide me with telephone service.
It took over month for them to determine that it was not possible for them to provide proper service and THEY discontinued what little internet service they had managed to provide.  Of course, this was after many, many phone calls, made from my own cellphone, as the phone line they were supposed to provide never worked.

So, now they are using a collections agency, called Collecta, to try and get me to pay some sort of cancellation fee.  This is abusive and in bad form, as they did not ever fulfill their end of the bargain, I have returned all the equipment they used to try to get things set up, and it was THEIR fault it took so long to try to get things working (or to determine that they can't.)

It bears repeating that it was THEM that cancelled the service, upon THEM determining that they could not provide what was promised.

So thanks for nothing vodafone.es - you're living up to Spain's reputation that they would rather bully you around than provide decent customer service
